Our Fortune 100 client is hiring for a Senior Software Developer in Test to join a high-impact engineering team focused on delivering reliable, secure, and scalable software solutions in a modern event-driven environment. This opportunity is ideal for a senior QA Automation Engineer or SDET with strong experience in test automation, CI/CD integration, API testing, and Kafka and Confluent Platform testing.The role is open to fully remote but candidates but must be willing to work ET hours within the United States.

Essential Skills:
  • Experience designing and executing test plans and test cases with traceability to requirements
  • Strong background in test automation and CI/CD pipeline integration
  • Proficiency in software testing methodologies (functional, integration, regression, system)
  • Experience with version control (Git) and collaborating in Agile teams
  • Understanding of secure testing practices and ability to validate code quality, performance, and reliability
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply modern data and event-driven technologies

Plusses:
  • Experience or familiarity with Kafka, Confluent Platform, or similar event-driven technologies strongly preferred
