Great opportunity for Engineering Internship! We are looking for an intern to assist our Electronics Engineering team. Some of the work activities include, but aren't limited to:
  • Assists electronic engineers in designing electronic circuits for keyboard or ODM products. Evaluates and implements changes to existing products. Investigates and resolves issues involving design, fabrication, modification and evaluation of electronic circuits and components.
  • Assists in evaluation of simple electronic circuits.
  • Assists in building and debugging prototypes.
  • Assists in developing quality control specifications and standards for product manufacturing decisions.
  • Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
  • Performs purchasing interface; obtains samples/quotes of electrical and mechanical components.
  • Works with design engineers to find common or unique components for design applications.
  • Works with suppliers, customers, receiving inspection, and engineers reviewing component, product and test specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS: We are looking for Jr. or Sr. level engineering students.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
