• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, employing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that account for cultural diversity, unique health needs, and personal goals aligned with each patient's path to wellness.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to monitor patient progress, offering timely interventions to support their mental health journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment records and clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and departmental policies, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy.
• Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, coordinating referrals to additional mental health resources and services as needed.
• Provide education, supervision, and mentorship to students, interns, and volunteers, fostering an environment of learning and professional development.
• Engage in peer review and clinical collaborative sessions with your supervisor to support team growth and ensure quality standards within our services.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Sound understanding of mental health care practices and principles as they relate to cancer patients.

• Experience in a community health setting or outpatient therapy environment.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies and tools specific to mental health care.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 based on experience and qualifications.
