Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health status, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Develop individualized care plans that reflect cultural diversity and specific needs, ensuring that each patient's care is tailored to their unique circumstances.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to monitor patient progress, continually evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and strategies to enhance mental health outcomes.
  • Document and maintain accurate treatment records, clinical notes, and reports in a timely manner, adhering to organizational protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with patients and their families to create comprehensive treatment plans that address pain management, emotional support, and psychosocial needs.
  • Engage in proactive communication with interdisciplinary teams, coordinating referrals and bridging connections between patients and additional health resources.
  • Provide mentorship and training for students, interns, and new team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
  • Participate in clinical reviews and team meetings to provide insights and enhance service delivery practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
