What is an internship in sim racing?

An Internship in Sim Racing is a temporary, learning-focused position that provides hands-on experience in the world of virtual motorsports. Interns may work with sim racing teams, esports organizations, or companies that develop sim racing hardware and software. Responsibilities can range from assisting with event organization, supporting drivers, contributing to content creation, or working on technical aspects like telemetry analysis. This type of internship is ideal for individuals looking to gain industry knowledge, network with professionals, and develop relevant skills for a career in sim racing or esports.

You may also collaborate closely with engineers, drivers, and marketing staff to ensure smooth operations and enhance the team's competitive edge. This hands-on experience provides valuable insights into both the technical and business sides of the sim racing industry, making it a great stepping-stone for future roles in motorsport or esports.
