Job Description Summary

Position Objectives:
As a Senior Foreman at Sunbelt Rentals, you will assume a pivotal role in leading and supervising a team of foreman and crew members. You will also work alongside them, contributing efforts on job sites. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, practical experience, and the ability to ensure efficient and safe operations. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment while delivering high-quality solutions for our customers.

Position Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee a team of foremen and crew members, setting the example for safety, quality, and efficiency in operations
Provide guidance and direction to other foremen and crew members, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety protocols
Actively engage in pump solutions work, operating equipment, and collaborating with other foremen and crew members
Assist in scheduling and coordinating work crews, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met
Assist profit centers per workload requirements assigned by Branch Managers when required
Enforce safety standards and regulations, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a secure work environment
Oversee the use, maintenance, and repair of equipment to guarantee optimal performance
Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and incident reports
Address challenges and issues that may arise during projects, making quick and informed decisions to maintain project efficiency
Foster open and effective communication with clients, addressing their needs, providing project updates, and ensuring overall satisfaction
Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback
Manage equipment and material resources efficiently to meet project demands
Coordinate logistics including equipment transportation and maintenance
And other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites
Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within ground protection or related fields
Strong knowledge of ground protection materials, installation techniques, and construction safety practices
Ability to interpret project plans and specifications
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in operating wheel loaders, forklifts, and skid steers preferred
Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental compliance
Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs
OSHA certification in construction safety is preferred
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Travel to support E&D efforts when necessary

Base Pay Range: $25.71 - 35.35

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers team members the following paid time off from work, subject to Sunbelt's policies (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement):
