We're hiring

What You'll Do
As a member of our Opening Team, you'll help deliver the exceptional food and hospitality that Layne's Chicken Fingers is known for by:
- Preparing fresh, made-to-order food with accuracy and consistency.
- Greeting guests with a friendly attitude and providing outstanding customer service.
- Taking accurate orders at the front counter or drive-thru.
- Keeping the restaurant clean, stocked, and organized.
- Working together with your teammates in a fast-paced environment.
- Following food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
- Helping create a fun, positive atmosphere for both guests and fellow team members.
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work well on a team.
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Restaurant experience is preferred but not required—we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.
