Company Description
Cisco Septic Service is a family-owned and operated business based out of Converse, TX. We cater to residential and commercial clients by servicing their septic pumping needs. Other services include locating septic lids, installing risers, real estate septic inspections, and grease trap pumping.
Job Description
Cisco Septic Service is seeking a Full- Time Class B CDL driver who will be responsible for the hauling of septic waste and pumping of both residential and commercial clients.
**Ideal Candidate has a tanker endorsement, but not required for an interview.**
Essential Functions:
1. Drive from location to location emptying and hauling away septic waste.
2. Follow all local and state laws.
3. Communicate with dispatch via phone or text throughout the operating day.
4. Ability to work 40 hours or more a week. Monday - Friday schedule with rotating on-call Weekends.
5. Always represent a positive and professional attitude and appearance. Create professional relationships with our customers and other business partners.
6. Locate and uncover septic lids by probing and removing soil to access them.
7. Efficiently operate hoses and other equipment to pump out the septic tanks.
8. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb in and out of the commercial truck cab.
9. Operate with minimal supervision and utilize company programs on your smartphone.
10. Works well in a team environment.
11. Always keep track of equipment and maintain it in a good clean working order.
12. Perform related work and additional duties as requested/ assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Prefer Class A or B CDL Drivers license.
  • Tanker endorsement preferred
  • Current DOT physical & physical card.
  • Clean driving record for 5 or more years.
  • Must agree to and pass a background check, driving record, and drug screening.
  • 6 months or more experience in any wastewater, plumbing, portable toilet, or septic industry.
  • Must be able to work in all weather types.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
