Job description

Overview:

WS Development is seeking an outgoing and organized Property Coordinator (PC) to join the team working onsite for one of Boston's fastest growing real estate development companies. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager for the Seaport District, the Property Coordinator will assist with administration and day-to-day operational support for the property management department leadership in the Seaport Field Office including Vice President of Property Management, Senior Director of Property Management and Senior Director of Engineering and Senior Facilities Manager.

They will directly support all administrative tasks including invoice processing and contract drafting, execution and management in addition to completing similar tasks for several properties located in Boston's Seaport and various other states.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Support with the day-to-day tasks associated with the operation of various properties.
  • Manage meeting scheduling to include updating of agendas and orchestrating of calendars.
  • Support Senior Director of Property Management with administration of department wide initiatives and projects.
  • Assist with the drafting of appropriate contract documents and the tracking of contract expirations.  
  • Invoice processing responsibilities include purchase order log tracking, invoice collection, coding, and submission.
  • Assist with the oversight and ongoing maintenance at various properties.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the management of the Seaport Field Offices. This role will order and organize supplies, focus on expense management, and offer regular customer service support to WS Staff & visitors to the Field Office.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will exhibit the following traits:

  • Be both warm and professional, and able to interface with multiple audiences on behalf of Seaport and WS Development
  • Intellectually curious and eager to learn, grow skillset, and expand in responsibility.
  • Highly organized and able to develop and maintain tracking systems for expenses, invoices, and contracts.
  • Comfortable in a highly collaborative and fast paced environment.
  • Able to take direction from multiple points and prioritize independently.
  • 2+ years of applicable work experience and/or internship experience preferred.

The expected salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program.
