Internship Information:

- Ability to broadcast to numerous networks (HUDL, ESPN+, and Unbeaten Sports)
- Networking opportunities with NECBL coaches, players, and league officials
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical production of all home game broadcasts on ESPN+, Amazon Prime, and other platforms
- Manage the setup, operation, and teardown of all equipment
- Produce graphics for all home multi-camera broadcasts, ensuring smooth visuals and high production quality
- Coordinate with the play-by-play team and league media officials to maintain broadcast standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time during live streams
- Train and supervise interns assisting with camera operation, graphics, and scoreboard integration
- Maintain and update graphics packages, overlays, and sponsor elements throughout the season
- Collaborate with the content and social media team to produce highlight reels and promotional clips
- Assist in postgame media uploads and video archiving for team and league use
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in Communications, Broadcasting, Film Production, or related major
- Strong understanding of live streaming platforms & broadcast software (OBS, NewBlue, etc.), and production workflows
- Experience with camera operation, audio mixing, and graphic integration preferred
- Proven leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a small production team
- Creative problem-solvingskills and composure under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Baseball knowledge and prior experience in sports production preferred
