Job description

Hospitalist-Nocturnist opening at highly ranked Harvard Teaching Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a unique opportunity to obtain valuable experience caring for medically complex inpatients in the stimulating and supportive environment of a top academic medical center.
About the Opportunity

  • Night shift opening with admitting and cross-coverage
  • Twelve shifts per month are full-time; some weekends are required
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Large team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Interns, and Residents

  • Closed ICU, no procedures
  • The average patient census per evening shift is 4-5 admissions and cross cover between 30-40 patients
  • Guaranteed base salary plus RVU incentives
