Job description

This internship will follow an in-person model. Interns will be based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates who meet specific eligibility criteria. The internship program is scheduled to run from May through August 2027.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS 

About the Role  

The Growth Audience Marketing Intern will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives designed to build stronger connections with diverse and high-growth consumer audiences. 

Working alongside the Growth Audience team, this role will provide hands-on experience across multicultural marketing, brand strategy, social and influencer marketing, partnerships, content development, and cultural insights. The intern will collaborate with internal brand teams, agency partners, and other cross-functional teams to help identify opportunities to authentically engage consumers and bring culturally relevant marketing ideas to life. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Support the planning and execution of Growth Audience marketing programs, campaigns, partnerships, and cultural initiatives. 
  • Conduct research on consumer trends, cultural moments, emerging platforms, creators, influencers, and audience behaviors. 
  • Help identify culturally relevant opportunities for brands to engage diverse and growth audiences. 
  • Assist with the development of creative briefs, presentations, marketing plans, and internal communications. 
  • Support influencer and content initiatives, including talent research, competitive reviews, content tracking, and campaign recaps. 
  • Participate in meetings and brainstorms with brand teams, agencies, media partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders. 
  • Monitor cultural and social trends and share relevant insights and opportunities with the team. 
  • Help track campaign performance and organize key learnings that can inform future marketing efforts. 
  • Bring a fresh perspective to the team by contributing ideas on how brands can connect with the next generation of consumers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Advertising, or related field 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications 
  • Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship  
  • Willingness to relocate for internship, if applicable 
  • Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited college or university by Spring 2027
  • Authorized to work in the United States  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Strong interest in automotive industry  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Computer proficient (including Spreadsheet, Word Processing and Database Applications)  
  • Proven ability to demonstrate solid judgment and flexibility; thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment  
  • Strong organizational skills   
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team   
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners   
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
