Job Summary:
Supermicro is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations. Additionally, the candidate must possess Salesforce Architect certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) and have Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Admin certifications (preferably Advanced Admin).
The Salesforce Manager will bring a strong technical foundation to lead and oversee Salesforce implementation projects. They must also have experience with DevOps tools and a strong understanding of middleware tools to ensure effective deployment and integration of Salesforce solutions. The candidate will manage projects in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with technical and business teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead Salesforce technical implementations, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and Field Service Lightning (FSL), ensuring alignment with business requirements, processes, and technology.
  • Hands-on experience in the configuration and implementation of Salesforce solutions, driving the best practices and design principles for these areas.
  • Possess Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Advanced Admin certifications are highly preferred.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, and business users, to gather and define business requirements, ensuring they are well-understood and clearly documented.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for all Salesforce-related activities, including project delivery, team collaboration, and status tracking.
  • Leverage DevOps tools for deployment automation and version control to streamline Salesforce release management and ensure smooth operations.
  • Utilize knowledge of middleware tools to manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Oversee and support the end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce projects in an Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and a high standard of quality.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers to translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks, ensuring clear communication and a shared understanding of project goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or blockers, and work with teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, process improvement, and optimization within Salesforce and related platforms.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and technical teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
  • Ensure that all Salesforce solutions are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and customer needs.

Qualifications:
Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations, specifically with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Advanced Admin certifications are
highly preferred.
• Strong experience in managing Salesforce projects using Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, translating complex business needs into technical
solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
and senior leadership.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and
within budget.
• Ability to work closely with developers and technical resources to ensure clear understanding of project
requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices, including deployment automation, version control, and integration
using DevOps tools.
• Problem-solving expertise, with the ability to handle complex challenges and make decisions quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience working in the IT field and 5+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership
role, with demonstrated ability to lead teams and
drive results.
• Experience with Salesforce integration with other business systems (ERP, marketing platforms, etc.).
• Familiarity with middleware tools for effective integration and data management between Salesforce
and other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices and tools for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and
automated deployments.
Salary Range
$175,000 - $210,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
