Job description

Overview

American Leak Detection is hiring a hands-on Salesforce Administrator based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role owns our Salesforce instance end to end: building dashboards leadership can trust, writing code (not just configuring clicks), and integrating the third-party apps and field-monitoring tools our stores and franchisees depend on.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Salesforce Administration: 3+ years administering Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud) for a multi-location, franchise, or field-service business.
  • Development / Coding: Working proficiency in Apex, Flow Builder, and SOQL. Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a strong plus.
  • Dashboards & Reporting: Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and reports that operators and executives actually use and trust — not just technically correct ones.
  • App & API Integration: Experience connecting third-party apps and APIs to Salesforce, using middleware or integration platforms     (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, Workato) or direct REST/SOAP integration.
  • Data 360 & Marketing Cloud: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) and Marketing Cloud — unifying customer data across corporate, franchise, and B2B channels and activating it into targeted campaigns.
  • IoT / Field Data (Preferred): Familiarity with IoT or field-service data streams — sensor feeds, device alerts, work order systems.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and/or Platform App Builder certification.
