THE ROLE

As the Senior Data Analyst/Data Analyst, Digital Technology, you will:

  • Partner and innovate with business leaders to deeply understand or identify the strategic opportunities across client acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation
  • Define measurement strategies to quantify the performance of various customer programs and compare their current condition against a hindsight benchmark
  • Support with generating actionable insights by analyzing customer behaviour through diagnostics, correlations, and hypothesis testing to grow the business and enhance customer experience
  • Clearly and accurately visualize and communicate data and analytics through reports, dashboards, and presentations to maximize strategic decisions

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Data Analyst/Data Analyst, Digital Technology, has:

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:
    • SQL
    • Visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent)
    • Python
    • R or related statistical analysis and tools
    • Analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to generate actionable business insights
  • A commitment to learn, apply,championand enrich Aritzia's ValuesandBusiness and People Leadership principles

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
