What is the opportunity?

As a Manager, Business Process Analysis, AI Solutions & Automation within TCOO's Productivity and Efficiency team, you will play a pivotal role in driving automation initiatives and delivering AI-powered solutions to complex business challenges. Working in close partnership with our Data Enablement team, you will identify inefficiencies in current processes, design innovative solutions, and oversee their successful implementation across the organization.

In this dynamic role, you will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating strategic objectives into actionable requirements while ensuring seamless delivery of solutions that drive measurable productivity gains. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive reporting frameworks that provide leadership with critical insights, while simultaneously identifying opportunities to eliminate manual work through intelligent automation.

This position requires someone who can navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment where multiple high-stakes projects run concurrently. You will regularly interface with senior leadership, providing transparent updates on project progress, potential risks, and strategic recommendations that influence organizational decision-making.

What will you do?

Process Analysis & Optimization: Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing TCOO workflows, creating detailed process maps and identifying automation opportunities. Deliver process improvement recommendations with quantified efficiency gains and implementation roadmaps.

AI Solution Development & Implementation: Partner with the Data Enablement team to design, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions that address recurring business problems. Key deliverable includes successful launch of automated solutions that demonstrate measurable ROI and strong user adoption rates.

Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain data sets to support regulatory and strategic reporting cycles.

Requirements Translation & Technical Liaison: Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories.

Solution Validation & Quality Assurance: Design and execute comprehensive testing protocols to validate that implemented solutions meet business requirements and performance standards.

Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication: Facilitate regular communication with senior leadership, providing transparent updates on project status, risk mitigation strategies, and strategic recommendations.

Change Management & Continuous Improvement: Take an active role in change initiatives related to process automation and new technology adoption, while continuously monitoring implemented solutions for optimization opportunities.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly IT and technical stakeholders

Technical Skills:

  • Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets, data extraction, and analysis
  • Process mapping and optimization methodologies
  • Requirements gathering and documentation
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Understanding of automation tools and AI solution implementation
