Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, curious, intern to support our commercial growth engine across multiple business units including laboratory services, certification, training/consulting, and an annual industry conference.
This role blends Revenue Operations and Growth Marketing, helping improve pipeline management, CRM performance, prospecting execution, conference growth efforts, quoting processes, and cross-functional business development initiatives.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in ag business, business analytics, marketing operations, and learning how growth systems work inside a real organization.
Responsibilities and Projects will include:
Revenue Operations
  • Maintain and improve CRM data quality
  • Update account ownership, contacts, and opportunity records
  • Support pipeline tracking and sales reporting
  • Build prospect and target account lists
  • Assist with quote creation using approved templates
  • Monitor follow-up activity and lead aging

Growth Operations
  • Support prospecting across business units: Food safety laboratory services, Certification services, Training & consulting
  • Industry conference research decision-makers and market segments
  • Support outbound campaigns and lead routing
  • Assist with conference speaker, sponsor, and exhibitor outreach pipelines
  • Track campaign and lead conversion performance

Cross-Functional Support
  • Identify dormant accounts and re-engagement opportunities
  • Assist with dashboards and KPI reporting
  • Improve workflows between sales, marketing, and customer experience teams
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Team
  • Assist with social media across multiple departments

Requirements
