Pay: $18/hr-Part Time

Overview

  • Interns have the opportunity to rotate through three distinct kitchen operations, gaining exposure to à la carte dining, banquet production, and high-volume fast-casual service.
  • Rotations (30 Days Each):
  • Main Kitchen
  • À La Carte Dining
  • Banquet & Events Kitchen
  • Pool Cabana / Golf Course Kitchen

Learning Objectives: 

  • Develop knife skills and mise en place discipline
