Grow Our Own (GO2) -Account Manager Training Program

What is GO2?

GO2 is our 12 month development program designed for recent graduates interested in a career in technical sales. Because our Account Manager and Outside Sales roles require a rare mix of both technical and sales skills, we created this dynamic program that sets individuals up for success and a long-term career with us. You will receive comprehensive training, hands on experience, and dedicated mentorship, preparing you to transition into a full-time sales role in an assigned territory, in the Exton/Malvern area.  

What You will Do
  • Participate in structured paid training at our headquarters in Exton, where you will receive ongoing mentorship, professional development, and in-depth product training
  • Learn full cycle outside sales and relationship building skills with new and existing customers
  • Work alongside experienced Account Managers during onsite customer visits
  • Learn about the latest industrial technology, and how to apply it to real world applications
What You will Need
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field is a plus.
  • Coursework, training or certifications in Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering is a plus.
  • Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Mechanical and/or Electrical interest and aptitude.
  • Willingness to relocate for training (12+ months) and for final placement at completion of program.
  • Competitive in nature with a passion for winning and a commitment to delivering top results in a performance-based environment.

This is a full-time, paid position with a transition into a full-time Account Manager upon completion of the program.
