The Willis Johnson Wealth (WJW) Wealth Management Development Program is a structured two-year rotational experience designed to build the technical foundation and professional confidence needed for a long-term career in wealth management.
During the program, youโ€™ll gain hands-on exposure to every stage of the client journey, rotating across:
  • Client Onboarding โ€“ learn how new client relationships are established and supported
  • Client Operations โ€“ serve as โ€œmission controlโ€ for paperwork, transfers, and custodial processes
  • Tax Operations โ€“ partner with our in-house CPA team during busy season to see tax strategies in action
  • Portfolio Management โ€“ contribute to reporting, trading, and investment analysis
  • Financial Planning โ€“ support advisors in developing comprehensive, client-centered financial plans
At the end of the program, youโ€™ll be prepared to pursue advancement as a future financial advisor, operations leader, or tax professional.
