| Work Environment | Structured, temporary, rotational assignments across departments | Full-time, specialized role within a department |
| Duration | Usually 3-12 months | Full-time, ongoing employment |
| Purpose | Training, skill development, and exploration of career paths | Performing analysis, supporting projects, and gaining industry experience |
The Internship Rotational Development Program offers a temporary, structured experience for students to explore different areas within a company, while Entry-Level Analysts are full-time employees focused on specific analytical roles.
