Maryland Medical Day is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at our Adult Day Care Center. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our clients and support their health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor clients' health status, including vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
- Educate clients and families on health management.
-Complete full physical assessments on each client monthly as directed by Management.
- Administer injections as prescribed
- Document progress notes, psychiatric notes and any incidents that may occur while in the center (under our care).
Essential Skills:
- Clinical assessments and decision-making abilities.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in EHR.

Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Maryland.
