  • Partner with senior business, product, risk, compliance, operations, and technology leaders to translate strategy into outcomes that improve advisor productivity, client acquisition, engagement, retention, and service quality.

You Have

  • 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including senior accountability for large-scale digital, wealth management, or financial services platforms.
  • Proven experience defining and executing enterprise technology strategy, roadmaps, investment priorities, and operating models across complex, regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale platform modernization or transformation programs spanning architecture, engineering, data, vendor ecosystems, and business adoption.
  • Deep understanding of wealth management, advisory, broker-dealer, or RIA technology ecosystems, including planning, portfolio management, onboarding, servicing, reporting, supervision, and controls.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior business, product, risk, compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders.
  • Track record building and leading high-performing teams across internal engineering organizations, external partners, and strategic vendors.
