The hourly salary for this role ranges from $20.77 - $25.96 per hour. What you'll do: Position Overview: The Electrical Engineering Services and Systems global service team is one of the largest and most experienced teams of power system professionals in the industry. As one of our engineers, you'll help to provide solutions to our customers' power problems at every stage of the power system

The Power Systems Engineering Internship is designed to provide opportunities to participants who demonstrate the same high level of ethics, values, creativity and performance we expect from our employees. During the 12-week paid internship, participants will work on projects that have a measurable impact on our business and will be coached and mentored by leaders within the division. Eaton's Power Systems Engineers deliver professional engineering, design, and analysis services.

As one of our engineers, you'll help our clients' electrical systems operate more reliably, efficiently and safely. As part of our team, you'll help share our experience and technical know-how in the areas of power systems studies, power quality analysis, electrical design and training. In this internship, you will: Provide applied engineering and technical consultation for multiple customers in power systems studies, power quality analysis, equipment startup, installation, maintenance, repair and training.

Support wide portfolio of clients from project start through final on-site presentation and training. Interpret specs and customer inquiries to design technical proposals and power system recommendations for customers. Operate in an entrepreneurial environment with the mission of providing high quality support and solutions with a key emphasis placed on motivated lead times and sustained relationships with the Eaton sales team and end-users.

This internship will help prepare you for both technical and future leadership roles at Eaton. As an intern, you will be provided with a structured training and development curriculum; a blend of instructor-led, virtual classrooms, eLearning courses, and on-the-job training provided by expert mentors and team members to assist you in developing your career. Qualifications: Required (Basic) Qualifications: Actively enrolled or received a degree in a bachelor's or master's program in engineering with a focus in Electrical or Electrical/Computer Engineering from an accredited institution Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8 Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position
