Nous recherchons un(e) technicien(ne) nautique motivé(e) et ayant des aptitudes pour la mécanique pour rejoindre notre équipe à Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac. Si vous aimez travailler de vos mains, construire, réparer et être entouré de bateaux, c'est une excellente occasion de développer vos compétences dans un environnement d'équipe stimulant.


C'est un rôle saisonnier à temps plein avec de belles perspectives d'avenir au sein de l'entreprise


Vos responsabilités

  • Assembler des bateaux à consoles latérales,  à pare-brise complet, des bateaux de fibre, des pontons et des remorques pour la vente.  
  • Effectuer des réparations de coque et des ajustements avant la livraison.
  • Identifier et réaliser les travaux sous garantie.
  • Aider aux services saisonniers, incluant l'emballage rétractable (shrink wrap) et l'hivernation.
  • Soutenir les transferts de coque pour maintenir un flux de travail efficace dans l'atelier.
  • Participer au montage et au démontage des salons nautiques locaux et régionaux.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de vente et de service pour atteindre les objectifs de production.
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de qualité et de sécurité dans toutes les tâches.
  • Garder votre espace de travail propre et organisé.


Profil recherché

Essentiel :

  • Expérience dans l'utilisation d'outils manuels et électriques.
  • Forte éthique de travail et capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Capacité à lire et à suivre des instructions, des documents de production et des consignes de sécurité.
  • Capacité physique à soulever des charges, à se pencher et à rester debout la majeure partie de la journée.


Atouts :

  • Expérience préalable dans le domaine nautique ou mécanique.
  • Connaissance de la navigation ou intérêt pour l'industrie nautique.

Marine Technician – Full-Time (St-Marthe-sur-le-Lac, QC)

We’re looking for a motivated and mechanically inclined Marine Technician to join our team in St-Marthe-sur-le-Lac. If you enjoy working with your hands, building, repairing, and being around boats, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, team-driven environment.


This is a full-time, seasonal role with strong potential for future opportunities.


What You’ll Do

  • Build side consoles, full windshield boats, deck boats, pontoons, and trailers for wholesale
  • Rig boats for Legend Factory Stores (standard and retail builds)
  • Perform hull repairs and pre-delivery adjustments
  • Identify and complete warranty work
  • Assist with seasonal services, including shrink wrapping and winterizations
  • Support hull swaps to maintain efficient shop workflow
  • Help with setup and teardown of local and regional boat shows
  • Work closely with retail and service teams to meet production goals
  • Maintain a high level of quality and safety in all tasks
  • Keep your workspace clean and organized


What You Bring

Must-have:

  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to read and follow instructions, production documents, and safety guidelines
  • Physically capable of lifting, bending, and being on your feet most of the day


Nice to have:

  • Previous marine or mechanical experience
