Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, addressing their unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Utilize evidence-based tools and methodologies to assess client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
  • Participate in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance with organizational and state requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison to state agencies and community partners, fostering partnerships to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
  • Promote and integrate our agency's mission and principles in all interactions and programming.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending conferences and representing the organization in public forums.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff and interns, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals.
