This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year. Work Environment

This position offers a flexible, fully remote work setting, allowing counselors to choose their hours, primarily between Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and assessments, employing effective crisis intervention strategies tailored to each client's unique situation.
  • Determine appropriate mental health interventions and coordinate the care and disposition of clients, ensuring they receive the best possible level of service.
  • Lead group therapy sessions on mental health observation units and related areas, providing a supportive environment for shared experiences and healing.
  • Participate in and contribute to case conferences, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review treatment plans that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
  • Facilitate communication with external agencies, including the Department of Correction, to ensure that clients have access to necessary services and resources in their recovery journey.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans while adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Engage in clinical supervision sessions at least weekly to enhance personal and professional development, receiving guidance to improve therapeutic skills and client care.
  • Participate actively in mental health and medical rounds, contributing insights that improve patient care and case management.
  • When assigned, conduct psychological testing to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Provide supervision and mentoring to social work interns or student volunteers, helping to cultivate future mental health professionals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a wide range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications
