Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions using our specialized training guide for automotive technicians, advisors, and managers. The ideal candidate will have experience in a remote training setting and the ability to adapt to various learning styles. You will play a key role in fostering communication with trainees and within the Training Team to ensure a productive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct effective training sessions using the provided guide to ensure a thorough understanding of our software and its applications.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in various training settings, maintaining open communication with trainees to enhance database content.
  • Manage customer information within Google Sheets.
  • Become proficient with the managers' dashboard and be able to conduct manager recap meetings.
  • Assist the Training Support team as needed and collaborate closely with the supervisory team to foster strong working relationships.
  • Punctuality and reliability in attendance are crucial, along with the ability to take on additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Requirements

Experience:

  • Previous experience in training, preferably within an automotive or technical environment.
  • Demonstrate success in various remote settings with sensitivity to different learning styles.
  • Attend conference calls and meetings as needed, fostering open communication with the supervisory team and striving to develop strong working relationships with all members of the Training Team.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Consistent reliability and punctuality in meeting attendance requirements.
  • Foster open communication with each trainee and actively work to develop and strengthen database content.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to foster open communication and adapt to varying learning styles.
  • Maintain a professional remote work environment to ensure the delivery of high-quality training sessions.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Zoom (or similar) for all web training sessions. Be able to execute all Zoom functions (start/end sessions, mute attendees, monitor attendees, assign host, etc.).
  • Familiarity with StoneEagle applications, Google Sheets, and other business tools.
  • Become familiar with and able to write stories in the StoneEagle application, maintaining a thorough understanding of the software and training program.
  • Access, utilize, and update the dealer’s information within Google Sheets.
  • Become proficient with the managers’ dashboard and conduct manager review recap meetings.
