• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients, incorporating pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.
• Complete all required documentation promptly to meet industry standards, ensuring that clinical records are accurate and up to date.
• Employ evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic methodologies established by our clinical team to assess client progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective behavior support plans that aid clients in their treatment journey.
• Engage actively in our licensing and accreditation activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining the high standards of our services.

The clients you will serve range widely in age and background, including those seeking help for anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and more. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health environment is required.
• Eligibility for state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• A valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients quickly.
• Strong listening skills coupled with the ability to provide empathic guidance to clients.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.

• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competence in mental health service delivery.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral processes to support follow-up care and resources for clients.
• Previous experience implementing evidence-based practices in clinical settings.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, complemented by a competitive sign-on bonus. In addition, we offer monthly productivity bonuses based on performance metrics.
