Summary:

The Technology Delivery Analyst is responsible is responsible for delivering technical value and solutions as an engineer, developer advocate, systems analyst, test automation, or other technology role after their initial completion of the Elevate Program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside an experienced member of the team to gain a better understanding of their role.
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams interfacing with assigned application or platform.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, manuals, policy documents, etc.
  • Research and analyze production support issues.
  • Participates in production releases as scheduled.
  • Software Engineer Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Participate in the analysis and review of epics, features, and user stories.
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos/Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
    • Participate in the creation, development, testing and implementation of software solutions.
  • Database Engineer Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Participate in the creation, development, implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of data models for databases, data marts, and data warehouses.
    • Aid in developing methods to store, organize, and report data while incorporating development operations automation where appropriate.
    • Proactively investigate and troubleshoot technical challenges, and aid in corrective action.
    • Test Automation Analyst Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Analyze and translate functional requirements to create and execute test cases for large business initiatives. Automate and execute these test cases on regular basis.
    • Write, review, and maintain the automation test scripts in test automation tools.
    • Perform all aspects of verification, including integration testing, functional testing, and regression testing.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in an engineer, developer, test automation, or systems analysis role or transferrable skills through coursework, internships, or work experience in lieu of participation in the Elevate Program.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of Waterfall or Agile delivery through coursework, internships, or work experience.
  • Technical writing capabilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Business and Technology aptitude with the ability to learn the processes, procedures, technologies, and platforms associated with their role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with team members and colleagues.
  • Highly motivated with good organizational, analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • Ability to build credibility and strong partnerships while working collaboratively within their team and segment.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and execute in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to address conflict professionally and respectfully.
