Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's trauma history, identifying tailored treatment approaches that resonate with their unique experiences.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience-building, ensuring that therapeutic objectives align with each client's personal goals.
  • Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), assessing their efficacy and making modifications as necessary.
  • Deliver engaging and supportive individual and group therapy sessions, fostering an environment where clients can safely process their trauma while developing effective coping strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate integrated care, guaranteeing well-rounded support for each patient.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring members receive immediate attention and necessary resources.
  • Educate clients and their families on trauma responses and coping mechanisms, empowering them with strategies and resources to navigate their healing journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our mental health services are tailored primarily for individuals who have experienced trauma, encompassing clients suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and various dissociative disorders. Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
