• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment strategies.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans, adjusting approaches based on client progress and feedback.
• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other solution-focused techniques to aid adult clients.
• Provide remote therapy sessions via teletherapy, ensuring logistical considerations for a positive client experience.
• Offer crisis intervention services promptly when clients face acute challenges, implementing effective strategies to stabilize situations.
• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in workshops, webinars, and peer consultations to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Your role will primarily involve working with adult clients who present a diverse range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. You will engage with individuals who may be experiencing situational crises or seeking long-term therapeutic support. Our patient-centered approach allows for personalized care that promotes healing and growth.

• Valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Proven exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental demeanor towards clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
• No prior disciplinary actions or malpractice claims on record.

• Experience in a community health setting or equivalent clinical environment is highly favorable.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth platforms enhances operational efficiency.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as those dealing with substance use or trauma, is a plus.
