  • Substation Engineering: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop sophisticated substation physical layouts, construction drawings, and protection/control schemes.

  • Technical Stewardship: Provide strategic direction to designers and CAD operators to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of technical accuracy and project requirements.

  • Project Integration: Coordinate essential project logistics, including material procurement lists and labor contract oversight, to ensure seamless execution from concept to commissioning.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a technical liaison between the firm, vendors, and clients to streamline workflows and enhance overall project efficiency.

  • Field & Commissioning Mastery: Engage in hands-on technical development involving relay programming, protection settings, and substation commissioning to ensure system integrity.

  • Digital Documentation: Utilize advanced reporting tools and the Microsoft Office Suite to maintain rigorous project documentation and technical communication standards.
