• Conduct thorough, remote mental health assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and establish comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality individual therapy using evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress throughout the therapeutic process.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to ensure accessible care for clients who prefer virtual sessions, accommodating those with various accessibility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely records that comply with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
• Engage in continuous professional development to refine your clinical skills and stay informed on emerging practices and mental health trends.

The clients you will work with at Wellqor are pre-screened, stable individuals requiring mental health support. Our focus is on low-acuity cases, allowing counselors to provide in-depth attention to each client without the pressure of managing crisis situations regularly. This enables you to focus on meaningful therapeutic engagement and the development of skills that lead to long-term improvement in clients' mental health.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required. Please note that we cannot accept interns or therapists with restricted permits requiring supervision.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage your own schedule effectively.
• No disciplinary actions on your license at any time, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to a diverse client population, with a strong preference for familiarity in virtual therapy settings.
• Experience utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet different client needs.
• Proficiency in digital healthcare tools and platforms that facilitate remote assessments and therapy sessions.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
