Job Summary
The Department of Radiology at UC Davis Health is seeking a highly qualified Abdominal Radiologist to join our team as an ASC Physician Diplomat in a fully remote capacity. This role offers the opportunity to practice at a premier academic medical center while delivering high-quality, patient-centered imaging services across a diverse and complex case mix. This is a100% clinical position focused on abdominal imaging and cross-sectional interpretation, supporting both outpatient and system-wide clinical needs.

Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and/or certification if required of the position
  • Active and Unrestricted California Medical License
  • Active and Unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Certification
  • Board Certified in Medical Specialty
  • American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS), or UC Davis Health CPR
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) Degree or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Degree
  • Completion of a US Residency Program
  • Strong Political and institutional acumen sufficient to accomplish needed action in a complex public research university environment.
  • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills to analyze needs, establishing priorities, and provide appropriate medical care and preventive medicine services to the Campus community.
  • Knowledge and abilities essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned to the position.
  • Computer and keyboarding skills to use Electronic Medical Records software program.

  • Meets the credentialing and privileging standards for UCDHS medical staff.

  • Radiology Subspecialty Fellowship Certification in Abdominal Radiology
  • Fellowship training in abdominal radiology.
  • Expertise in advanced abdominal radiology services.
  • Knowledge of University and campus policies and procedures preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills in large and small group settings.
