• Provide comprehensive individual, family, and group counseling services to address personal, psychological, and occupational challenges that our clients face.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are informed by psychiatric diagnoses and specific client needs, ensuring that each treatment pathway is personalized.
• Utilize advanced interview techniques, case history reviews, and observational skills to collect vital bio-psycho-social information from clients.
• Conduct thorough analyses of collected information to establish accurate diagnoses and advise on appropriate treatment strategies or referrals to specialized services.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment approaches and make necessary adjustments to enhance the therapeutic process and client outcomes.

You will engage with a diverse clientele that may include individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds, age groups, and cultural contexts. • A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is required.

• Strong knowledge of medical coding practices, research methodologies, and clinical documentation is necessary for effective case management.
