This position is primarily remote, allowing our interns the flexibility to balance their professional and personal lives while contributing to a collaborative work culture. Despite being remote, our team meets regularly to discuss patient progress, share insights, and provide mutual support, ensuring a strong sense of community and teamwork among the staff.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, adapting techniques to meet the unique needs of various clients.
• Work closely with licensed mental health professionals to develop tailored treatment plans based on each client's assessments and goals.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation using our electronic health record system to track client progress and updates continuously.
• Actively participate in regular supervision meetings and training workshops aimed at enhancing clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies as collaborative discussions with supervising clinicians arise.

Interns will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Possession of an active Washington Intern License in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple responsibilities independently while contributing effectively within a team-oriented environment.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health services or related internships, providing a solid foundation for practical application in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and interventions, enhancing the ability to respond to the evolving needs of our clients.
