As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing weekly supervision and guidance to practicum students, fostering their professional skills and clinical competencies.
• Delivering individual, couple, and family therapy sessions that cater to the unique needs of each client.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare providers.
• Staying informed about the latest clinical research, therapeutic techniques, and advancements in mental health practices to enhance service delivery.
• Maintaining thorough and accurate records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to optimize client care and outcomes.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with various mental health issues, couples facing relationship challenges, and families requiring support in navigating complex emotional dynamics. Our clients seek therapy for a range of concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. Your role is pivotal in providing them with a safe, compassionate space where healing and personal growth can flourish.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Professional liability insurance to ensure client and practice protection.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, preferably with supervision of students or interns.

We prefer candidates with additional experience in collaborative therapy practices, familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, or those who have published research in the mental health field. Experience in community health settings is highly beneficial.

Marple Mental Health Psychotherapy offers a competitive and generous compensation package, with salaries ranging from USD 52,000 for part-time positions to USD 100,000 for full-time roles. We also provide an attractive benefits package that includes:
