The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, remote setting, engaging with a supportive team of healthcare providers committed to delivering high-quality care. • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of patients as needed, employing relevant tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to formulate a comprehensive and individualized plan of care.

• Continuously evaluate patient progress, implementing therapeutic interventions and strategies that effectively address mental health diagnoses.

• Maintain timely and accurate treatment records, reports, and other required documentation, leveraging the latest technology to comply with regulatory standards and departmental protocols.

• Collaborate closely with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams to create holistic treatment plans, ensuring all aspects of patient care and desired outcomes are clearly defined.

• Provide education and mentoring to students, interns, and volunteers while acting as a resource for colleagues through peer-to-peer review and clinical collaboration opportunities.

• Skillfully coordinate referral options for patients, establishing strong relationships with other clinicians and treatment agencies to facilitate comprehensive care.

This role primarily focuses on individuals and families grappling with cancer diagnoses, offering compassionate psychotherapy tailored to their unique needs. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least two years of relevant experience in mental health care, particularly within outpatient settings.

• Experience working with patients affected by chronic illnesses, specifically cancer, is highly preferred.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
