Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform individualized treatment plans.
  • Regularly evaluate and document clients’ progress to refine care strategies and interventions, thereby supporting mental health diagnoses effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate treatment records and reports in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices, utilizing technological tools suited to the clinical environment.
