Job description

Hire Connections is partnering with a Colorado-based organization to hire Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (English/Spanish) for a work-from-home assignment supporting a high-volume customer service environment.


This opportunity is limited to Colorado residents due to state-specific program requirements. While the role is fully remote after onboarding, company-provided equipment must be picked up in person from the client's Colorado office.


In this role, you will manage inbound customer calls in both English and Spanish, assisting customers with questions, account inquiries, application updates, and general service concerns. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable handling back-to-back calls, and able to work independently while delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries in both English and Spanish
  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding programs, applications, and account-related questions
  • Assist customers with updates, changes, and general service requests
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
  • Utilize available tools and resources to research and resolve customer inquiries
  • Troubleshoot basic issues using established procedures
  • Conduct research to effectively resolve complex customer situations
  • Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and performance standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Must be a resident of Colorado
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication)
  • Consistent attendance is required for training and a high-volume call environment
  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience with demonstrated job stability
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (2-3 years preferred)
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems
  • Hardwired internet connection required (no WiFi)
  • Dedicated home office space with minimal distractions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone etiquette
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Knowledge of the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS) is a plus
  • Demonstrated commitment to long-term assignments and reliability


Pay, Benefits, and Additional Information:

  • Pay: $21.00/hour
  • Employment Type: W2 through Hire Connections
