Job Description:

Handle inbound calls with the occasional need to return voicemails. You will update account information, process donations, cancel or confirm memberships, and answer questions relating to our clients' causes and events by navigating various websites and proprietary databases.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be able to pass a background.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
  • Paid Training provided.
  • 2 years of Call Center experience preferred.
  • Type 25 wpm
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Ability to retain/recall information from memory.
  • Prior experience in Political or NonProfit fundraising is preferred but not required.
  • Prior WorkfromHome experience required.

  • Fulltime hours. Shifts vary.
  • Ability to work one weekend day.
  • Computer Requirements:
  • Must have either a desktop or laptop running Microsoft Windows 11 with a minimum of 16GB of RAM.
  • Must have HighSpeed Internet and be able to plug directly into your router for the best internet connection. Use of WiFi is prohibited.
  • Must have a headset to take calls.
  • An external monitor is preferred.

  • Starting Pay is $15.50 $17.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
