100% Remote | 3-Month Contract

Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing outstanding support to customers, carriers, and business partners. This role manages inbound and outbound communication while resolving questions related to account information, billing, coverage, claims, and policy updates. Successful candidates will combine excellent communication skills, empathy, professionalism, and strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Place outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates.
  • Process customer requests, policy changes, and account updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within CRM systems.
  • Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously while assisting customers.
  • Meet established service level, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Follow company procedures and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA compliance.
  • Participate in training programs to maintain product and process knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
