  • Participate in Outbound Provider Outreach Team
  • Support projects including:
  • Provider Data Accuracy
  • Rejected Claims Education
  • Product Awareness Campaigns (large campaigns coming soon)
  • Make telephonic outreach calls to providers
  • Document call outcomes accurately for tracking and reporting
  • Ensure outreach projects meet campaign deadlines
  • 2-5 years call center experience
  • Proficient with MS Office and Teams
  • Customer service excellence in call center environment
