• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ unique mental health needs, and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Engage in collaborative goal-setting with clients, providing continuous support and guidance to facilitate progress throughout the treatment duration.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic approaches—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques—tailored to meet the individual preferences and treatment objectives of each client.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and ensuring timely documentation compliant with organizational and legal standards.

Your clientele will encompass a diverse range of individuals, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and more. By addressing these varying mental health challenges, you will play an essential role in enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life through effective virtual engagement and therapy.

• A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills that foster a strong therapeutic rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and commitment to understanding the unique experiences and challenges faced by clients.
• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills, essential for managing the logistics of remote therapy sessions and ensuring accurate client documentation.
