Silver Linings Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and licensed mental health counselor to join our team in providing exceptional outpatient care. This full-time, remote position allows you to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients, utilizing your expertise to support individuals, couples, and families on their journey to better mental health. Here, you will conduct thorough mental health assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and lead both individual and group therapy sessions, all from the comfort of your home or an outpatient office setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments through in-depth interviews and comprehensive documentation, tracking client progress from initial consultation to the conclusion of treatment.
  • Evaluate and understand clients' mental, behavioral, and emotional health conditions, working diligently to identify their unique needs.
  • Develop individualized intervention strategies and recovery plans for diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.
  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities as appropriate to enhance client participation and understanding.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

  • A successful passing score on the NCE (National Counselor Examination) and/or the NCMHCE (National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination).
