As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor operating within our telehealth framework, you will engage with clients from a virtual setting. This allows for flexibility in your work schedule while enabling you to create a comfortable therapeutic environment for clients from the privacy of your own home. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, devising individualized treatment plans that align with their specific situations and goals.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services via secure telehealth platforms, adapting your approach as necessary to meet client preferences and requirements.
• Establish collaborative therapeutic relationships with clients, outlining meaningful therapeutic goals and providing continuous support throughout their healing journey.
• Employ a diverse array of therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, or solution-focused interventions, ensuring interventions are appropriate to client needs and preferences.
• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions, documenting client progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary in accordance with professional standards and regulations.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, while a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and empathetically, ensuring clients feel heard and understood during remote sessions.
• Demonstrated keen organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage client appointments, documentation, and follow-ups.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, working with individual or group clients, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Familiarity with telehealth best practices and the use of online platforms to facilitate therapy.
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations and understanding their unique mental health needs.

• An attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
