Gotham Enterprises Ltd is actively seeking a licensed and experienced Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) to join our dedicated mental health team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your home while serving a diverse patient population through our Hospice Center in Plano, Texas. Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your time and responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments utilizing both standardized tests and informal methods to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans informed by assessment results, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address specific patient needs.
  • Provide high-quality psychotherapy services, including individual and group therapy sessions, tailored to meet the diverse concerns of clients ranging from anxiety and depression to grief and adjustment difficulties.
  • Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests and assessments to assist in accurate diagnosis and formulating effective treatment pathways.
  • Collaborate closely with a range of other professionals including psychiatrists, social workers, and counselors to ensure coordinated care and approach to mental health challenges.
  • Engage in crisis intervention strategies and provide immediate support for clients experiencing acute psychological distress.
  • Document all assessment findings, treatment plans, and client progress comprehensively to maintain complete and accurate patient records.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in the field of psychology through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to interns and new hires, enhancing the professional growth opportunities within our team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Clinical Psychologist will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing terminal illnesses, complex grief, and associated mental health issues. Our patient population varies widely, and the psychologist will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care, understanding the unique emotional and psychological challenges faced by clients in a hospice setting.

Qualifications
  • A Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid state licensure to practice psychology in Texas.
  • A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience working in clinical settings, particularly with hospice or palliative care populations.
  • In-depth knowledge of psychological theories, assessment methodologies, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Proven ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose mental health conditions accurately, and formulate effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this full-time position ranges from USD 120,000 to 150,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
