This full-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your home while serving a diverse patient population through our Hospice Center in Plano, Texas. This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your time and responsibilities effectively. While the typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be occasional requirements for evening or weekend hours to meet the needs of our patients. • Conduct thorough psychological assessments utilizing both standardized tests and informal methods to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
• Develop personalized treatment plans informed by assessment results, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address specific patient needs.
• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services, including individual and group therapy sessions, tailored to meet the diverse concerns of clients ranging from anxiety and depression to grief and adjustment difficulties.
• Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests and assessments to assist in accurate diagnosis and formulating effective treatment pathways.
• Collaborate closely with a range of other professionals including psychiatrists, social workers, and counselors to ensure coordinated care and approach to mental health challenges.
• Engage in crisis intervention strategies and provide immediate support for clients experiencing acute psychological distress.
• Document all assessment findings, treatment plans, and client progress comprehensively to maintain complete and accurate patient records.
• Stay abreast of advancements in the field of psychology through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to interns and new hires, enhancing the professional growth opportunities within our team.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision to enhance collaborative practice and share best practices.

The Clinical Psychologist will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing terminal illnesses, complex grief, and associated mental health issues. Our patient population varies widely, and the psychologist will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care, understanding the unique emotional and psychological challenges faced by clients in a hospice setting.

• A Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure to practice psychology in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience working in clinical settings, particularly with hospice or palliative care populations.
• In-depth knowledge of psychological theories, assessment methodologies, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose mental health conditions accurately, and formulate effective treatment plans.
• Experience providing individual and group therapy, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of the population served.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with clients and their families, promoting a trusted therapeutic alliance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience in hospice or palliative care settings, focusing on clients with complex emotional and psychological needs.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote care methodologies.
• Additional certifications in specialized psychological treatments (e.g., bereavement counseling, trauma-informed care).

The compensation package for this full-time position ranges from USD 120,000 to 150,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
