• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students, guiding them through their clinical responsibilities and ensuring they meet the requisite competencies for licensure.
• Deliver psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based practices to achieve positive client outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources—to develop integrated care plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients.
• Contribute significantly to treatment plan development, ensuring each plan is individualized and reflects the client's goals and progress.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Continuously engage in professional development by staying informed of the latest research findings, therapeutic techniques, and best practices in mental health care.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse array of clients at various stages of their mental health journeys. Our target population includes individuals, couples, and families seeking support for issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship counseling and crisis intervention. This role will contribute towards enhancing the resilience and coping strategies of our clients, ensuring that they receive the affirming care they deserve.

• A valid state license as a mental health professional, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW is required.
• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Professional liability insurance to safeguard your practice and our clients.
• A minimum of two years clinical experience in mental health counseling, with clinical supervision experience preferred.

Experience in supervising practicum students or interns is strongly preferred, as this role involves actively mentoring the next generation of mental health professionals. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms will also enhance your effectiveness in this role.

The compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary range set between USD 52,000 and 100,000 yearly, based on experience and qualifications.
