The Sales Analyst is an entrylevel role supporting sales, operations, and brand growth for both Walmart and Target businesses. This position manages key datasets, reporting routines, and business systems while coordinating crossfunctional workflows and maintaining smooth daytoday office operations. Success requires strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain, update, and validate datasets across core systems
  • Build and distribute recurring dashboards and reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Conduct data audits, hygiene tasks, and quality checks to ensure accuracy
  • Support ad hoc data pulls and analysis
  • Partner with IT and retailers on system issues, upgrades, troubleshooting, user support, and new tool rollouts
  • Maintain and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Partner with teams across Finance, HR, RGM, Demand Planning, Category Management, and Connected Commerce to ensure alignment
  • Support integrated planning process and help prepare materials for cross-functional meetings
  • Share data, reports, and insights to enable informed decision making
  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized, welcoming workspace
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Serve as liaison with building management and maintenance partners
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and emergency procedures
  • Coordinate officerelated projects, timelines, and documentation
